GenEric mentioned something about the quality of those heads are not consistent or something. I think they look pretty nice though. I guess you get what you pay for.

Oh boy! Those are a lottery pick! I've ordered those for my polishing service but of the 6-8 of them I received, only 2 were worthy of polish and resale. I damaged a couple because of the crappy ano and gave away a couple. You could order it and hope for the best, but I'd stick to genuine Surefire gear if I were you.

I'm currently not taking anymore orders because I'm backed up and will be out of town for a week, but in about 3 weeks I can polish a genuine Surefire bezel for you anyway you want it. Black w/silver tip. Silver w/black tip. Or just a full polished silver strike bezel. PM me if you're interested in one.

I got mine from Lighthound, quality seems high. They look exactly the same as the ones from the far east so I'm guessing they are made in the same factory???
An alternative might be to buy the Lighthound one so you have recourse if you get a bad one.

Well just bought the lumens factory 120 lumen lamp, EDC clip and a new strike bezel. Cant wait for the package to arrive! Thanks guys

I like that P7 in the G2, but it might be top heavy with the four pound heatsink.

This one I made direct drive. Pulls 3.1A of a 17670. I made it out of a common drop in. Of course not much heatsinking so it can't be run for very long because of it's drive level. I don't recommend it for a G2 since the body is composite, there's no feedback on how hot it is getting & can be easily overheated. Not sure what happens to it when overheated except for the dome turning yellow. I haven't seen P7s turn angry blue when overheated like the old P4s do.

I'll be making multimode versions so they can be more useful. Haven't decided how many I will make but I will offer a couple for sale. I can always build upon request though.
