The above combination - so around 500mA to a rebel, powered by 2 x 1/3 AAAs, in a Mag solitaire or similar keychain light.
I'm not too worried about runtime - this will be around 10 mins max, but then it's going to get damned hot ...
did anyone already try doing something like this?
