Short video of the Amondotech N30 in use.

Nice video there. Sure reminds me of mine. Wish I could have gotten some shots from the bow of the sailboat I was using it on at night. My friend had a sams club 35W model as well so we sure saw where we needed to go!

BirdofPrey.

That was a great video. It really shows the different aspects of the N30's light output.

Take Care,

I tried to get it on video but it didn't work. At one point we aimed the light directly up at the canopy (as you would a home ceiling) and the light bouncing back down lit EVERYTHING up around us. It was too dim to catch on video but to the adjusted eye, it was unreal.

I took a tour of the Kazumura Cave/Lava Tube near Volcano Nat'l Park in Hawaii using the Amondotech N30 underground and uploaded a few clips to You Tube.

Taking video is difficult enough underground without the lava tubes being mostly black! I have the Amondotech Illuninator in addition to the N30 when doing underground video but my luggage couldn't handle the size of the AI. I did take the 10AH NIMH battery pack I made for the AI and ran power from my backpack to the N30.

Some shots I put a diffuser made of a piece of flourescent light panel over the N30 - you can tell by when there is no bright spot.

I highly recommend the tour - http://www.fortunecity.com/oasis/angkor/176/

Hard-hats, gloves, and flashlights are provided but remember to bring your best flood light - the N30 lights things up much better than my video indicates.
