Not sure what I should do. ( maybe it's no big deal?)
I've got a Malkoff MD3 with M60W and I run AW 18500 cells, there has been two cycles on the batteries. Last night at work I ran the light until one of the batteries got low and the light shut off. Was curious what the voltage was on the cells so I got the DMM out...one battery was 3.23 v and the other one read 0 v. I have an Ultrafire charger, is it okay to charge the cell that shows 0 volts on my meter?
Do I throw it on the charger and not worry about? Or do I throw it away?

If they are protected cells, over-discharge probably kicked in on the "0" Volt cell. Popping it in the charger for a few seconds should start the charge process and reset the ODP. For fun, take it back out after a few seconds and take another DMM reading. You probably see it in the low 3's V.
