Simple Lipo charger questions

Am I correct in thinking that a balance charger is best but the Graupner will be OK.

I have lurked here for a while, and have not seen much about LiPo charging. The expertise here is mostly with NiMh, NiCd, and LiIo chemistries, as these are the most common in flashlights.

Not to say nobody knows, but you might have better luck for a quick answer on one of the RC forums.

I would charge a pack with a balance tap with a balance charger. Lipo cells don't stay matched for long.
