Small item shipping out of USA

Knowing how expensive shipping charges are into England, particularly. Wonder if a small item, shipping service would be supported? I've shipped a few things from the states to England and does not cost as much as does shipping charges folks pay at that end.

Somewhere here have seen someone at one time, don't know about now, offered a shipping service.

Any thoughts?
