Smart charger for NiMH AND lithium-ion batteries?

If you are looking at a low cost entry, HobbyKing in HK is currently selling the Turnigy Accucel-6 for $24.99 US plus shipping.
They have the Turnigy Accucel-8 for $59.99.

Several members here have experience with those two Turnigy chargers.

I have a similar charger, fits most flashlight cells perfectly !!

The DX charger above has a rather low current, so Lixx will take a long time and NiMH cells will be overcharged easily.
