This is a complete ready to run package
You get:

a 1D (machined down from a 2d) Maglite
DSWOJ P7 on a HAIII heatsink (bonded with Arctic alumina thermal epoxy)
cut-down switch and mil-spec teflon wire
KD coated glass lens
Heavy stippled oem reflector (gives a perfect beam! if you want MAX throw, just get a smoother reflector)
plastic 18650 sleeve
shortenend spring (for use with the 18650s)
you will aslo get (2) 18650 li-ion cells (2400mah)
and a li-ion wall charger (not a fast charger this one takes 3+ hours)
waterproof spare battery holder

This is a direct drive set up, very reliable.
Runtime= starts to get dim around 30-45mins..

To me I like building these lights, and don't really use them so im selling this to build another!

Two quick questions- rough idea of output in lumens, and can it use a stock reflector?

Im not sure exactly about the lumens, the p7 max is 900 and this is running on a 18650 which doesnt push it as hard as it can go, but it is bright! If you aim it at the ceiling in a dark room- it lights it up real good... When it gets dark i'll get some beam shots...

As for the reflector, this one is basicly stock just that it was stippled and the cam was cut off.. So yes, just cut the cam off like this pic
(doesn't have to be this neat, just cut of nicely)

this is in the closet with the lights off, the only light is from the p7mag pointed at the ceiling. Looks like the lights are on!
