Pardon my ignorance, but does this have the same driver with Ti-PD-S?
and what is the Led in this baby? LuxIII or ??

Mc Lux III PD Ti with U bin emitter. Cree I believe but not as well versed as most of the Ti-aholics here.

A McLux III Ti PD uses a Lux III, a Ti PD-S uses a SSC P4, and a XR19-PD uses a Cree. Here's a quote from Don himself on the driver "The PD's either had wiz2x2 or the GDx2 converters which are both buck/boost and can handle the voltage of a R123".
