Up for sale is my 100% mint Longbow Eco with a Milky modded Longbow Capsule.
The capsule contains a SOB1000 with SSC P4 (U-bin) Led, voltage is
possible from 5-16V. So you can run it with 3*Cr123, 3*Rcr123 or 2*14500
(extra sleeve is included)...:grin2:

This Eco if friggin bright and runs up to 230Lumen with an very nice

come on, someone must want this, longbows are excessively rare. I would be all over this if i had the money...even though i JUST bought a micra from toby here...

for those not familiar with the Longbows, they are lights of very high quality. It is a shame that they are no longer available.

This particular light was originally designed as a 2 x AA, hence the tube. My recollection also is that this light was used as a dive light. Maybe some of the divers can correct me if I am wrong on this, but I remember reading a thread in which the original light was recommended for diving. This light, as it came out of the box, was a thing of beauty that was, by today's standards, dim. But Milky fixed that.

The Longbows are easily moddable. You just unscrew a led capsule with driver embedded and screw in the new one. So when Milky put a new capsule with an SSC P4 and an SOB 1000 in this light (a really excellent combination), it was no longer just a 2 x AA light, but a light capable of variable voltage and various lithium battery combinations.

I think it would be difficult to find a Longbow that was not well executed from the factory. Their build quality, really, may be second to none. And Milky's work, as most people know, is outstanding. in fact, this type of mod is where he really excels, for he had an outstanding host to house his outstanding electronics.

I have seen this particular light, and it is excellent.

Its easy to upgrade, if you want!
