Those are nice pics, and a good price too. We've covered this ground before, but I'd be interested in the Ti bezel/tool if for some strange reason you decide to split this up. In the meantime, good luck.

I just didn't know that it wouldn't handle a 3.7V. Is that just because the input voltage range is so small?

As I recall, the primary goal was to drive the LED at as high as possible - with regulation - on a single 123 cell. Support for 3.7v Li-ions wasn't a concern because they couldn't handle the current draw anyway.
