Does it need a spacer with Hound Dog? Tight fit? Looking to use something better versus the stock tailcap that came on the MD4 body .

I ran one on an 18650 HD with no issues.

Perfect on an MD4 HD visually and balancewise. No spacer, no tight fit, get one.

Okay. Looks like black is sold out, how does "natural" mate with Hound Dog MD4? The slightly older XML version.

Has anyone installed a Judco tail switch in one of these RPM tailcap? I just destroyed the McClicky tail switch in my RPM tailcap because the Jam nut holding it would not even budge. Richard, is the Jam nut glued in? My RPM C series tailcap has the trit slots so I'm not to sure which batch this came from.

I use a little thread locking compound on the jam nut.
It will need some heat applied to loosen it up be fore you try to remove it.
The tool I use to tighten the nut down has 4 drive pins.... these are on tight and I wasn't expecting them to be taken apart.
If the McClicky switch fails, I will replace it at no charge. I can't say what other switch will fit into one of my tails.
