Newly Enlightened
I went to Costco the other day and found Sony CycleEnergy Blue Made in China batteries, destined for European Market, on sale I bought two packs of 6, total 12, for just less than 30.00 USD. This for Mexico is a good deal. I got home and discharged 6 on C9000 at 200 mA, they where very consistent in capacity. I then checked impedance and put on break-in mode at 800 mA, and came up with the following results.
Discharge____________ Break-in_______Impedance
# 1 = 584 mAH_______ 777 mAH ______1.54 VDC
# 2 = 583 mAH_______ 762 mAH ______1.55 VDC
# 3 = 582 mAH_______ 758 mAH ______1.57 VDC
# 4 = 584 mAH_______ 752 mAH ______1.55 VDC
# 5 = 581 mAH_______ 770 mAH ______1.55 VDC
# 6 = 584 mAH_______ 758 mAH ______1.57 VDC
I looked for a manufacture date and could not find one.
Are these good numbers for these batteries? What would you recommend?
Why the inconsistent numbers on after Break-in capacity and Impedance?
Color code: red = discharge, yellow = break-in
They also say 1000 charges
