Hello again...

I wanted to see if anyone knows the specifications for a CF disc for a Ti Mule. The goal: cover the inside of my Ti Mule with a stunning CF disc. I'm sure I could cut out some pink velvet to fit inside of it, but the look would be just a bit off.

Specs needed:

- Size of the hole around the emitter
- Diameter of the disc
- And any other pertinent information, or even non-pertinent (like how's the weather? How are you feeling? Did you ever figure out how to manage the crab grass?)

Thanks much!:tinfoil:

Taken from the Al Aleph Mule from the Shoppe:

Hole: ~.275"
Outside Diameter: ~.640"
Thickness: ~.04"

That's assuming your LED is centered! 🙂

THe MCPCB is .650" OD nominally and I believe the bore in the head was spec'd at a min of .660". I would suggest a target OD of .650". To provide for clearance as well as off center allowance for the LED, probably a hole in the range of .280" - .290" would work. You can make the fit around the LED snug if you are willing to work the perimeter of the disk to size to fit. If the CF is electrically conductive you want to isolate either the contact points on LED and MCPCB or the back side of the CF disk.

Hope this helps.

Don,

Thank you! That is exactly the information that I need.

I appreciate you taking the time to provide this.

Thanks!!!🙂
