SSC-P4 900ma drop in from DX in a G2....

I've heard that it will likely fry within 15 min in a G2. I just placed an order for a 6PL (trying to sell my Cree L1 ant the marketplace) from opticshq and will trade the modules - DX 900mah in the 6P and the stock Surefire module in the G2. I shouldn't have any issues with the DX module in the 6P, right? Has anyone taken one of those apart to see if it was possible to swap out the emitter if the tint stinks?

For that matter has anyone taken apart the new Surefire modules yet?

Definitley won't have any heat issues in a 6p. If you do, you'd be hard pressed to find host that is significantly better than the 6p regarding managing emitter/module heat.
