Streamlight stinger.

Hi. Got a question on a stream light stinger. I bought a brand new OEM battery, charges fine and works great, but when fully charged and I take off the charger it doesn't hold it's charge from sitting a couple of days. Is this normal or did I get a defective battery?

I use factory and aftermarket batteries for the stinger line. I have never had a battery not hold a charge, so I would agree that you need a replacement battery and that one is bad.

Could be a defective light if it's draining the battery. Does the battery hold up when it's not in a flashlight? I've never seen that in Stingers, but SL-20Ls tend to to drain batteries.
