stuff coconuts, im going to hawaii to buy batteries! Where?! (i live in australia)

im currently residing in australia, but am going to hawaii for a holiday to see family.

obviously, i1ll be stocking up on batteries right? i mean thats what hawaii is for? (and plus eneloops and such are sooo expensive in australia)

So i ask, where would the best place to buy them be?
Are they readily available?

I am hoping to bring back around 24 minimum AA eneloops.

Also, a charger would be a potential option since i only have the one NC-MQN04A eneloop charger that i bought in australia. the lacrosse bc9009 more worthwhile?

My home is in Hawaii, I'm in Colorado for college right now though. You used to be able to find Duraloops at a store called "Longs Drugs". They might have switched to the "high capacity" Duracell ones now though...

Wow that's funny Hawaii cheap. Too bad you're not going mainland. You'd go nuts with how much cheaper it is compared to Hawaii. Must be aweful expensive in Aussieland for Hawaii to be your shopping paradise as Mexico is to ourselves in the states.

ya here in aus eneloops are pretty expensive at 22AUD for 4AA

are there any good websites besides amazon i can get them shipped to my uncles house if retail is not an option in hawaii?

Lighthound if you need lithiums shipped to you to take home. Any of the big box retailers Best Buy, Walmart, Costco, Sams Club should have what you need for Eneloops. On Sundays the Newspaper has ads from Longs, Walgreens,Target and many other places. You might also check the camera stores, they may have something if you can not find Eneloops at any of the other places (you should be able to)
Anything can be shipped to Hawaii for almost the same price as the Mainland
I would look for what you need now or asap and have them sent to you families place as the holiday mail will make delivery times longer the closer you get to Xmas.(If you are going to be here during that time)PM If you have any questions

Amazon's prices are quite good, better than anything I've seen in stores here in CA other than Costco (but those were Duraloops).
