Excellent work! These realworld beamshots are so much better than white wall ones. Does that P1D-CE run on a 3.0 volt Lithium or 3.7 volt Li-Ion? That brightness looks amaizing.

Thanks for the kind words so far everyone. The P1D-CE is running on a Enegizer cr123 lithium cell(3V)...

Awesome set of beam shots. Thanks. The P1D-CE on high really stands out for it's whiteness and brightness, but the Red Dragon is really insane.

Unfortunately, I have the only Red Dragon in existence  I was able to pick it up from it's "Father" in the B/S/T section(thanks again Regentag!). 500 lumens on high for 45min. of DEAD flat regulation :naughty: The light is a true, fully customized work of art. I am honored to have it. It was designed by the best, and assembled by the best. It is my favorite :sssh:

My god! That Red Dragon is absolutely INCREDIBLE! Completely blows away all the other lights. It makes me want a Multi emitter Cree light so bad! Hopefully Icarus will do some of those and price them reasonably. :)

Is anything else comparable to the Red Dragon?

Not anything that I own! I think it would have to be another multi-emitter set-up to achieve that kind of output. I don't think there is a single LED powered light out there that could touch that monster :touche:

Correct me if I'm wrong but the Red Dragon is an incandescent right? It's still bloody bright though! hmmm.. I wonder how a Surefire M6 beamshot would fare here. Oh and the L5 looks insanely bright! I can't wait for a cree version of Surefire.. heheh :D

Awesome thread man! These beamshots helped me tremendously on some lights I've been thinking about getting.... specifically the SF L5 and the LOD. The best part is you used a P1D-CE (which I have) also so it gave me a nice standard to go by.

Thanks!!

Negatory - the Red Dragon is LED - 3 Lux V's I believe.
