Surefire 6p upgrade help

New to the forum and appreciate all your help. I have an old Surefire 6p and want to do an lED upgrade. I cannot afford the Malkoff drop in and need it to have atleast three output modes. Do I need to purchase just the LED drop in or a tailcap as well? If you guys point me in the right direction as to what I might need and where to purchase I would be grateful..
