Surefire A2 tailcap potential problem

I was peering inside my old-style A2's tailcap today when I noticed that one of the three contact springs was broken. The end half of it has apparently broken off, so that this particular spring does not actually contact the board when it is pushed down. Remember, this is only one one of the three contact springs. I have not observed any functional issues, I was just wondering if I should be expecting any issues in the future and if I am causing the light any harm by using it. Thanks.

Call Surefire and get a new one.

Yes, those contacts are something that do eventually wear out. If it is any peace of mind, the light will still function fine even with only one left, but it is a warranty issue when you notice them missing.
