Just wanted to post a note of appreciation to Surefire. I was having troubles with the tailcap on my Kroma. I called Surefire, gave them my name, explained the problem, gave them my address, and two days later the a new tailcap was at my door. They didn't ask for a serial number, how longed I've owned it (about two years), etc. I was thanked for my business with no questions asked and sent a new tailcap at no expense.
I know not everyone has had similar experiences. Just wanted to share this story. I found their support and service refreshing and felt validated in spending the extra money to purchase their product over another company.
