Surefire E2DL LED Output Increase ?

I note that in recent ads for the E2DL the output has increased from 120 lumens to 200 lumens. Runtime is the same at 1.9hrs.

Have Surefire improved the technology, or just the way they measure the output ?

Anyone tried a 120 lumen model v a 200 lumen model to see if there is a significant difference ?

I did use the search, but it did not return the thread posted above - just a buch of old stuff from 08. Good info in the thread though.
