Try the Incandescent Section.

If you are willing to buy parts and assemble a light, you can get something 500+ lumen for less then $150. The ROP mod is one of those options.

your best bet for getting a cheaper than retail M6 is through the Buy/Sell/trade subforum [used to be, but now a separate forum, informerly referred to CPFM], but first you must go through registration, which should be nearly identical to the process here
