Surefire Tailcap Question

Would the tailcap from an edcl-1t work on an older 110 lumen e1b? I think I would prefer the gas pedal style switch over the clicky. I tried out a z68 tailcap and I didn't like it much.

That does not work with the old 110 lumens E1B. This functionality must be supported by the flashlight head.
You need a EB1-T or like you said a EDCL-1.

Threads of EB1/2 and EDCL-1/2 are longer compared with E1B's.

And surprisingly to me, the EDCL1-T tailcap works on a late model EB1C clicky and gives the two-stage twisty and pushbutton operation as with the EB1T.

With the EB1C tailcap on the EDCL1-T I get clicky operation on high only.

The Backup MV with the Z68 tailcap on the left in the picture above is what I've been carrying recently. :thumbsup:
