Tailcap boot replacement

Will the colored tailcap boots at this site fit the Streamlight Microstream?

What does this 14mm measurement reflect? The diameter of the button, or the diameter overall, including the flange?

The Streamlight Microstream boot has a 10mm button diameter, and is 13mm overall including the flange, therefore causing me to wonder if these from Prometheus/darksucks marked "14mm" are appropriate. If this "14mm" means button diameter, that would put the flange at something like 17mm, and so would be way too big for the Microstream and the myriad other similarly sized lights.
