hi guys im making a run of lites and i would like to hear some input on some ideas

1. Design
2.what led/driver to use
3.im wanting to use 1x18650 or 2 cr123 battery's OR?
4.lens/reflector is my main thing i need help on

im looking to make some for the thrower fans and flood fans so if u can give me some impute on both on what would be the BEST LITE pic/designs welcome please help i would like to make a sweet host/flashlight

My favorite material is Stainless Steel.

I love flood.

I would love a light that will run 1x18350 (therefore would also run CR123 or 16340)
18350 is a very underrated battery. Will match a IMR16340 for current draw, but much higher capacity.

Tail stand-able, 3-mode, clicky.

R5 XP-G would be the obvious choice in this form, at 1.4 or 1.5 amps.

SST-50 would be nice, but might not be good for heat reasons.

OP reflector.

Essentially I'm wanting an oversized iTP A1 EOS SS with a clicky.

Im no expert but the bigger and/or deeper the reflector
the better it will throw. Look at the DBS and the Tiablo A9
both have deep reflectors. The new Lumapower Ultra VX
Turboforce reflector is huge.

Other than reflector based throwers, there are optics based
lights which have decent throw, Malkoff M60/30 or the
Surefire TIR optic.

As posted in your other thread, if you want the ultimate throw
from a LED, you need an aspheric setup.

im trying to go as small as possible, does anyone no where i can find a good aspheric lens around 24mm-27mm ??
