So I have a few chargers. I have the XC4, the Pila IBC, and a few AW chargers. I've noticed the XC4 and Pila will not try and recharge a cell unless it is under at least 4.1 volts. And when I do charge cells with either they typically only charge to 4.15-4.18V. The only chargers that I can get batteries up to 4.25V with is my AW chargers, and the AW chargers will charge cells that are already up to 4.2V. AW's are my cheapest chargers, but they seem the most useful sometimes even though they charge 18650's really slow. I like to be able to set what voltage the charge terminates at. What hobby grade chargers are you using and what is your experience with them on this? I know it's not best to charge li-ions beyond 4.2V, but it's what I do sometimes depending on the situation and what they are powering.
