I have had an arc AAA premium version for a while. I have been using it, and the threads just stopped working. The threads seem to function for maybe 1/4 of a turn, but that is not sufficient to have the battery in place. I am wondering if this is covered under warranty. It is one of the older arcs, before arc got up and running again.
