Threads for E series tailcap

I have an extra 6v body comming it soon. I was thinking about shortening it to convert it to a 3V. Anyone know the thread for an E-series tailcap?

Do a search - there's a thread in this sub-forum (or maybe the materials-machining sub-forum) on common thread sizes somewhere, which has the E-series specs.

Yup, there's a sticky in the Flashlight Related Materials/Mechanical/Machining Disussion subforum. Post #14 of common dimensions reference thread. There, I did most of the work for you.

Thanks guys I did do a search but I got threads on the tailcap having threads but no actual TPI info.
