Touch up your scratched black torch ?

Apart from Sharpies, is there an effective way to touch up the scratches etc on your black (anodized ?) torch ?

Car touch up pen, simple dip in solution etc.

What do you recommend ?

It all depends on what you are trying to blacken. Caswell has a lot of different chemicals for various metals.

I've used the Aluminum Blackener A385 to repair scratches on anodyzed aluminum screen door frame.
