Ultrafire C3 vs ROV 4E/2c vs Task Force 3W 60X

I am looking for an inexpensive but good flashlight. Basically I want a 2xAA one not to big, good light and under $ 30.

I have been reading about these three flashlights, but I would like to know experiences/comparison from someone who have tested all of them.

I misstyped Ray-o-Vac 4W/2C.

the Ray-O-vac would be the brightest, the C3 would be the smallest. The task force will be somewhere in between, much closer to the Ray-o-Vac. I have not tested them all and this was from what I have read and seen.

If you want 2 AA, what about the Ultrafire WF-606(review)?
