Ultrafire dive light?

Ultrafire somehow snuck this thing out without my noticing it. Rumor says the design is flaky, flickering occasionally, but it'll fit 2x18650. Can it be modded with a 2s2p MC-E? I'd desperately love to see the insides of that head, but alas, not happening. As perhaps a mod project, I'm willing to consider it, but no destructive analysis for me right now.

Anyone got any info?
