Unlimited budget within reason I suppose (lets say $1k US or less). I'm having a really difficult time finding anything D25A size or smaller, Hi CRI, Neutral that outperforms my current D25A Mk. II Clicky AL & Ti 219c lights. The closest thing size and output wise I've been able to dig up is the Muyshondt Aeon Mk. III S2, but even it runs on annoying proprietary batteries (I prefer 14500's). It's extremely difficult to drop $500 on that light and risk a 10% restocking fee at minimum just to be possibly let down by its performance compared to the D25A.
Ideal imaginary light:
200+ lumens
HI-CRI Neutral
14500 compatible
D25A size or smaller
HDS style rotary interface
Open to minor variances to this list
Anyways, there's no way my exact wish list exists but perhaps there's something close I've been unable to find? Thanks for any help!
