1) Yes please!! (HA Nat similar to SF and Jetbeam)
2) Yes please!! (Light HA clear similar to P1D CE)
3) Leave it as it is
4) HA Black (like original L1P, except not so scratch prone)

I would really love to see a good quality HA Nat L1D CE... I would buy it over any of the competition immediately. I think their interface is so far the best (for me). Only gripe is I really don't like the current finish!

Anyone wanna see a HA Nat fenix L1D CE (or whatever new model that comes out)?? Please vote! Maybe it will happen.

It may seem trivial, but I have no interest in buying another black AA Fenix. I have an L1P and a silver L1. I'd totally buy an L1D in Nat or clear.

I was rather disappointed that the L1D wasn't available in HA Nat. Got one anyway, and I love it... but I do prefer the sexy grey of Nat

Fenix had problems matching the color of the heads and the body on the p1d-ces, so that is why i voted no. If you cannot do it right just don't do it at all

They should practise till they get the process right. but again the mulitple attempts will just incur cost which in turn will be borne by us buyers. Win some lose some.

I guess black is the safest in terms of color-matching; variances are still easily-overlooked. But not really a good 'excuse' if many other companies can do it.

But of course, who am I to judge them; they are obviously selling lots of lights as it is; they don't need to change their formula. But still, a consumer can wish :D Of course, price has to be reasonable. Sometimes manufacturers pass on ridiculous costs to the consumers for their own ineptitude/mistakes/failed R&D etc...

Anyway, seeing that they had the red anodize specials and other interesting new additions like clips and knives, some different finishing will be nice! And I'm sure will garner more buyers and repeat buyers. We here at CPF seem to be quite the 'finish' freaks!! :D

That's because we're very fashion conscious individuals.

We strive to match our flashlights with our pocket protectors and suspenders!

I thought 4-7s said somewhere that Fenix was building their own finishing plant because they weren't happy with how the P1DCE naturals came out. Mine is ok, but the head is a little lighter than the body.

They are? That would be excellent!

But by that time I'd probably go all white-haired... need to get a good EDC soon! Already sold of my Jetbeam MkI...

I just ordered a black L1D-CE but would probably buy another one if it were available in HA-Natural. Does anyone else find that troubling, or just me ?
Umm... err.. yes, I guess. I'm trying to avoid that feeling. I'm holding out for a Natural L1/L2D. I think they're gonna do it. I just hope it's not fer too long cause I'm already itching all over by going without. :)

I'd probably just get the L2D in nat...

That way I'm not actually buying the same thing twice...

David, if you are reading this, pls forward to Fenix and let us know :D
Otherwise I'll have to notify you of this thread...

I'm sure there are a lot of people who haven't caught this thread who would lurve some HA Nat Fenixes!!

woooohoooo NAT Fenix, first get rid of the rings before doing anything else to the lights

In actual use I do not find the rings noticable. Sure, it would be nicer without 'em but if it impacts throw then I'd rather the rings :)

There should be 2 versions of the flashlight! One with throw but you get rings and one with more floody beam and textured reflector, no ring. If there is a L2D-CEFL (FL for flood) in Natural color, I'll just jump on it. It would be a nice friend for my black L2D-CE.
