WF139 charger question

I'm thinking of buying one of these from DX. I'm in the UK so I'd either need a plug adaptor, a different lead or to change the plug. I'd rather not use a plug adaptor as they can be tempermental in my experience, so my questions are...

The lead looks like the same used for portable CD/Cassette players. Is this the case?

If I swap the plug, are the live and neutral wires easy to distinguish (eg: blue and brown)?

Cheers! :thumbsup: I don't seem to have a problem then. I was always told the 'live' (red/brown) went to the fused pin in plugs, so I wasn't really sure.
