I am somewhat new to the whole "flashlight" scene, but am looking into modding another new light. I currently have a modded SuperFire with a Q5 WC CREE Module. I am looking into getting into the more advanced modding.
I am looking for a new project. Nothing too complex. From what I have heard the simple "drop in" mods are nothing compared to the power you can gain from a custom soldered LED.
What do you folks suggest? Something under $60, and as bright as possible. Soldering is fine with me.
