What is the new Pelican for LAPD?

It is reported on the internet that the LAPD will be issued with a new 10" $100 LED flashlight. It will feature both a standard "patrol mode" and an ultra-light "tactical mode" that is bright enough to temporarily blind suspects.

Anyone have any details/photos?
