Hi Gang,
Just a what I've been working on

Just finished this adaptor to mount a Yeasu rotor in a tower that was drilled for a Hygain TX2 rotor - part is 6061-T6 1" thick - powder coated

Then the other is an adaptor to mount a Heil MB-1 Boom Mic onto 'other' enclosed ear headphones. LOTS of people love his Mics, BUT the headphones? The Bose QC-2 and QC-15 blow them away

The actual adaptor

and a picture of a pair of QC-15s with the MB-1 mounted

Biggest problem with that part is the double stick tape - the common stuff you find all over doesn't hold up - 3M VHB would work, but takes 3 days to develop max strength, and most hams won't wait - so I spent some time on the phone with 3M, and found a tape, that while it's ultimate strenth is LOWER than VHB, it's instant strength is higher, and it's ultimate is higher than the common stuff

That's 2x or 3x or so - a LARGE blowup

As for the cords - that is up to the buyer - they just get the adaptor

Adhesive? One of the other 3M tapes - still waiting on final feedback
