What light fits this criteria........

I want to purchase a new light but I need help finding a flashlight thats meets my criteria.

1. Needs to run on 1 (preferably) or maybe 2 cr123's.
2. Has decent run time
3. Has low and high beam 80+ lumens
4. Have a pocket clip or have one available for it.
5. Cost under $60.00

Any recommendations?
Am I being unrealistic in my quest?
