What type of Bulb Does the Vector of Sams Use?

I just buyed a Vector from Ebay but i think the bulb is broken since when i turn it on, it just blinks like 5 times or less and stays off, already charged battery a few times, and still does the same, so i just take it apart and the ballast makes sparks, the battery chage OK and hold the charge fine.

So i was wondering where i can find that bulb and remplace it, and also how the bulb should look.

Or the problem could be in the ballast. Because if i remove the bulb it does the same, just 5 times or less of sparks and it stays off.
