What would happen if you put a LiION 10280 in a Glo-toob?

A 10280 is 4.2v and unprotected. The 23A battery that goes into a Glo-toob is 12V, 40ma capacity. They are roughly the same size.

I don't know how to translate these specs into real-world results - what would happen if you were to try to use a 10280 in a Glo-toob?
 
It might not provide enough voltage to run the driver circuit. Alternatively, it might provide the output of a nearly-dead 23A. It couldn't hurt to try, I suppose.
 
I didn't learn very much about them, as I could only take about a minute of that lame music before closing it down. Sorry. I guess they think that makes an effective site.
