(removed) It's not THE ABSOLUTE BEST for throw, but it's up there. Just not a whole lot of reviews yet being so new. I'm taking a chance on one since I don't believe it will be a laser-pointer-tight beam. For that you want the Olight M3X-UT.



Is this the Olight you're talking about or do you have to add some extra head to it?

The second link is the new one. Crazy throw on that, but be sure you're OK with the size if using 2x18650 batteries. That's a long light! There was a special buy going on here a few weeks ago but I'm not sure it's still going on. I can't seem to find it, sorry.

Either one might work...but that second one (the UT stands for Ultimate Throw) is FAR more intense. More than double the candela.



Cool. Where can I get the M3XS-UT Javelot for the best price?

It's hot off the presses, you're kinda going to sort of have to bite the bullet and just do it. There will be zero used sales for some time.
