When does the voltage drop usually happens?

I understand that with all of the Fenix flashlights except the P3D, T1 and the TK10, when you use rechargeable lithiums, you'll lose all the lower modes until the voltage drops to about 3.0.

How much runtime can I get out of a 14500 and a RCR123a before this drops to 3.0 assuming start from a full charge?

I wonder if Selfbuilt or any of the other reviews have runtime charts that show this.

Since I don't use 14500 or RCRs I never pay attention to them, except for the Alkaline / Nimh battery run times.
