Where are the "T" 3in Turbo heads available?

I just re-read the incan threads of interests and realized the 3in Turbo head.

Are the 3in Turbo head "T" still being sold?????

And will they fit the adaptor collar that came with my KT-1?

They have long been discontinued (I believe from the 1990's). I'm not sure on the collar adapter

The collars interchange perfectly. Here's the T collar on the KT1 and vice versa:
