Where to get W/A b10n004 ballast

Hi guys, im not sure if this is the right section but im after one of these ballasts for a hid bike light. WA wont sell less than $100 worth of stuff and postage to Australia is almost as much as the ballast itself, so im after alternative sources. Ballasts pop up on ebay occasionally but they all seem to be 12-14v not the 10v one.
Is the ballast in the UK light cannon the same by any chance?

The 10.2v is a 008 not 004.

Yes the Light Cannon uses the 10.2v ballast.

fantastic, thanks mate. The ballast that came out of the light actually has b10n004 on it but it looks like the same thing as the b10n008r.

All the ballasts look the same. They way to tell is the color of the wires. If the ballast has Black and Yellow leads it is a B10n008.

The B10n004 is the developers kit P/N????
