Who can put a Q3 emitter in my Eagle Tac T10L ?

I love the beam pattern and run time on my T10L, but want a Neutral tint beam like my T100c2. Who can do this for me?

Anyone have some pics of the T10L disassembled?

Some of the EagleTac lights are near impossible to swap the emitter on. I just want to make sure this isn't one of them.
