+1 on Ace Hardware. They are at suggested retail price, I believe, but you can catch the 20% off sales every so often.

Fry's Electronics had them for about 15 bucks a while back. Maybe look at Outpost.com, Fry's online store.

Irawoodinc.com has a bunch of Mags. I checked a few weeks ago and they showed a few 4C Mags still in stock. I think these have been discontinued.

Anybody finding the 2C Mags in a color other than black?

My favorite is green, which I did find in a 3D, but I will be glad for a blue or red or anything but BLACK.

The plans are for a protected 2C AW LiIon AW soft-start hotwire in a real edc format.

An older Home Despot near me (there are now three within a half hour's drive!) had a pile of 2C MagLites in a purplish-blue color, and some in pewter. That was about a year ago.

In SW Ohio, the HD used to carry color 2C. When I looked last week, they were down to a few pewter and black only.
Neither of the 2 Ace Hardware near me carry any C Mags; they usually have 1 6D and 2-3 2D, all black.

My local Fry's is the only reliable source for 3C Maglites... I haven't seen any 4Cs in stores personally.

I've heard you can put 3 C cells in a 2D maglite. Don't know if that's of any interest to you, but it's another interesting form factor

I checked out Brightguys, Frys, Home Depot, FlashlightKing...any color you want so long as it is BLACK in 2C. Drove to the local Home Depot last weekend: almost no Mag products.

I'm still looking.
