Wolf Eyes tailcap charger

Does anyone have any experience of the Wolf Eyes tailcap charger? It is listed for the WE M90 in 13v configuration, so it is presumably only for charging 3 x 168a/18650 or 3 x 150a/18500 in series. Could it be used on the Raider with 3 x RCR123? And is this a good way to charge batteries?

You might find threads on this in the Incan forum. I suspect that the charge rate is too high to charge three RCR123A cells. I think Wolf Eyes also makes slow tailcap chargers, but only for 1-cell and 2-cell lights--not for 3 cells.

I have the tailcap charger, but since it wasn't listed as separate accessory for my m90 in its standard configuration, i would guess that it is only intended for the 3 cell 13v conversion kit.

I was thinking of getting the tailcap charger with the M90-13V as well, but isn't it a bit dangerous to be charging 3 18650 cells in series? I mean, I don't know much about batteries, but judging from the threads that I've read, it seems like a bad idea (unbalancing, etc.). Anybody know if it's better to be using the standard charger?
