It's pretty easy. Just go to tinypic.com or similar site. At tiny pic click on the upload button then select the picture you want to upload. Choose 800 by 600 or forums size and then upload it. When it completes uploading copy the address that is in the box marked forum image code then paste it into your sales thread by editing it and voila there it is.
