X990 Lens - Where can I buy it?

I dropped my X990 and smashed the lens. I talked to Acro, but they want me to send the light back to them and pay something like $75 + shipping. Is there any place that sells the lens? I don't see why I can't fix it myself...

Whoa! Sorry to hear about this. Don't know where abouts you live but maybe you can try TAP Plastics Inc. Should be a lot less than $75.00 eh?

Try to find a cheap halogen spotlight with X990 lens diameter, replace the lens, throw the spotlight away
